General Terms and Conditions

Status: February 2026

§ 1 Scope of Application

These GTC apply exclusively to B2B transactions between devolweb (Philipp Miller) and the customer. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

Orders can be placed in writing or orally. The contract is concluded upon confirmation or the start of the execution of the activity.

§ 3 Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise stated. Billing is usually monthly based on services rendered.

§ 4 Rights of Use

Results remain the property of devolweb until full payment has been made. We reserve the right to reuse neutral code modules in other projects.

§ 5 Managed Services Terms

Managed services have a term of 12 months and are automatically extended by a further 12 months if not terminated 3 months before the end of the term.

§ 6 Liability & Data Backup

Liability is limited to typical contractual damages. The customer is responsible for data backup. For MSP backups, we are liable for the infrastructure, not for the data content.

§ 7 Jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Bocholt, Germany.
