The services of devolweb are exclusively intended for entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB), traders, and public institutions. Therefore, a consumer right of withdrawal according to § 312g BGB does not apply.

Contractual Agreements

Any cancellation terms or regulations for the early termination of services (e.g., for MSP contracts or custom software projects) are governed exclusively by the individually concluded contracts or our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
